-The Syracuse Track Forum of Syracuse.com, is a forum designed for high school track and Cross-Country athletes.  You need to create a user namein order to post any messages, but it's worth it to see what's going on with the other teams.  Check it out here.
-Tully Runners is a website designed by Bill Meylan of Tully High School.  This site provides meet results and photos for every Cross-Country, Indoor, and Outdoor meet there is in Section 3.  The webmaster provides in-dept analysis of many runners, as well as pre-race "match-ups" and predictions.  Every summer, Mr. Meylan posts a "Cross Country preview page" for individuals and teams, which is always worth looking at.  This is my favorite running site and an incredible resource for Section 3 runners.  If you would like to see meet results or learn about the competition, Tully Runners is the site to visit.

-Similarly to Tully Runners,
Armory Track (based on the legendary Armory Track in NYC) has incredible information on race results, rankings, and predictions, but with an emphasis on the state, rather than only Section III.  While it isn't as deep as Tully Runners, it provides results for the entire state, the State Leaderboard (in case anyone was planning on being on it....) and a host of links to other team's websites.  This is a great resource for runners interested in state-wide competition.  Check out Armory Track here.
-Based on the popular running magazine, Runner's World has a website where all runners can learn about running, workouts, injury prevention, nutrition, etc., as well as subscribe to the magazine.  Check it out here

-Also brought to you by Runner's World is a site called
High School Runner, which is the same as Runner's World, only designed with high schoolers in mind.
-The best running store in Syracuse is Fleet Feet Sports located on Erie Blvd. in DeWitt.  They have a website that gives their store hours and location (in case you need new shoes or flats) and also a calendar of races comming up in the Syracuse area in which you can participate.  Check it out here.
-And last but not least, the Westhill Girls XC Team , directed by Webmasters Kellie Hasselwander and Marcy VanArnam.  Home of the 2001 and 2002 Section III XC Champs, Triple Crown Champs, OHSL Track Champs, and the list goes on and on.... Check out the girls' site here.
-The Section III Website is run by coaches of Section III teams and includes race results, course maps, individual and team rankings, and schedules for meets.  This site is an excellent resource for race results.
-The Community Pictures Organization is a group of local photographers who take pictures of local events (including most XC invitationals).  Their website offers excellent photo slide-shows of many races we have participated in.  Check it out here.
-What Armory Track does for New York state, Dyestat does for the nation-wide running scene.  Includes racing results from the entire country, national leaderboards, and many valuable links.  Check out Dyestat here.
-Pat Leone's Leone Timing Services has timed many of our XC races and will be covering all of our Indoor Meets.  They have FAT cameras and computerized racing software, and deliver fast results at our meets.  Check our their website for professional race results.
